تأسس مركز قدرات التميز للتدريب الصحي الإهلي في عام 2018م في مدينة الرياض ، المملكة العربية السعودية ، حسب الاعتماد الصادرة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الطبية برقم ( AC10000040)

لينشط في تقديم برامج تدريبية متميزة في المجال الطبي وفق لمعايير علمية ومهنية عالمية وأسس حديثة.

هذا ويسخِّر المركز قدراته في البحث عن البرامج المتميزة، و الابداعية مع فريق من المدربين الخارجين و الداخليين ممن لديهم الكفائه العالية في مجال التدريب

The Capabilities of Excellence Center for Private Health Training was established in 2018 AD in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the accreditation issued by the Saudi Commission for Medical Specialties No. (AC10000040)

To be active in providing distinguished training programs in the medical field in accordance with international scientific and professional standards and modern foundations.

The center harnesses its capabilities in searching for distinguished and creative programs with a team of external and internal trainers who are highly qualified in the field of training.

تقييم الأنشطة و البرامج التعليمية
Evaluation of educational activities and programs

يتم تقييم الأنشطة و البرامج التدريبية المقدمة من قبل المتدربين و المحاضرين و ذلك عن طريق نموذج تقيم الاداء المعد لذلك بحيث يتم توزيعه عليهم او ارسالة عن طريق رابط الكتروني ، وبعد ذلك تتم عملية التحليل و اخذ الاحصائيات المناسبة للوقوف على مدى نجاح النشاط التدريبي المقدم
The training activities and programs presented by the trainees and lecturers are evaluated using a performance evaluation form prepared for this purpose, which is distributed to them or sent via an electronic link. After that, the analysis process takes place and appropriate statistics are taken to determine the success of the training activity provided.

Mechanism for selecting speakers in educational programs

من المهم التأكد من كفائة المتحدثين في البرامج العلمية لأنهم هم الاداة الاساسية لتوصيل المعلومة الصحيحة للمتدربين ، و نحن في مركز قدرات التميز للتدريب الصحي الاهلي يتم اختيار المتحدثين وفق معايير عاليه من قبل اللجنة العليمة للتطوير المهني المستمر
It is important to ensure the competence of speakers in scientific programs because they are the basic tool for conveying the correct information to trainees. We, at the Abilities Center for Excellence for Private Health Training, select speakers according to high standards by the Knowledgeable Committee for Continuing Professional Development.

أن من اهتمامات مركز قدرات التميز للتدريب الصحي الاهلي اي يكون هناك نظام فعال و متكامل لتقييم المستمر للإداء المقدم من قبل مقدمي انشطة و برامج التطوير المهني المستمر ، و من هذا المنطلق تتبع ادارة المركز اليات و أسس متطورة
One of the concerns of the Abilities Excellence Center for Private Health Training is to have an effective and integrated system for continuous evaluation of the performance provided by the providers of continuing professional development activities and programs. From this standpoint, the center’s management follows advanced mechanisms and foundations.
